Data we process

When you use forms (e.g. consultation requests), we process the contact data and message content you provide to handle your request.

Use of HubSpot

HubSpot is used for forms, CRM-supported communication and marketing automation.

The consultation form is embedded via HubSpot (`hs-form-frame`).

Usage and contact data may be processed and linked to CRM records, especially after active form submissions.

When you actively use the potential configurator, optional HubSpot tracking events (e.g. `konfigurator_abgeschlossen`) may be recorded.

Google Analytics may be used for statistical analysis and continuous website optimization.
